What is Urban Transformation?
Urban transformation is the reconstruction or strengthening of problem areas in the city in order to identify and make them solid and livable. In short, urban transformation is the elimination of problems that disrupt the fabric of the city. In this way, it is aimed to prevent illegal construction, renovate buildings that are not earthquake-resistant, have completed their economic and social life, and minimize the damage that will occur as a result of possible natural disasters.
Application Process
In the first step, an application is made to the relevant municipalities for the project supply Jul. Earthquake Risk Report is obtained from licensed organizations. After the received report is approved by the Provincial Urban Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, the Earthquake Risk Report is processed by the Ministry of Land Registry. Demolition and Construction Process

Rental Support
Rent assistance to flat owners is determined according to the population of the province where you live. The rental assistance is up to a maximum of 18 months and is non-refundable. There is no requirement for the owners to make an agreement between themselves in order to receive rental assistance. Rent assistance is provided to tenants according to the population ratio of the province, taking into account the relocation costs, for a one-time basis. State-supported urban transformation loans can be used from banks and participation banks contracted with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
Documents You Need to Prepare For the Earthquake Risk Report
- The architectural project of your building is provided by applying to the relevant Municipal zoning directorate or Land Registry directorate.
- Application Petition to the Ministry and Licensed Organization.
- Photocopy of the Title Deed (Apartment Deed, Land deed with Shares belonging to the Apartment if you do not have condominium ownership (Residence)).
- Copy of the Identity Card (TC ID Number).
- List of Independent Sections from Tapu Owners and Plot proportions.
